Terms of Service

AgroProManager is a farm management tool provided by Steed Global Resources Ltd (RC1477798). By signing up you confirm that the information you give us is correct and that you are allowed to use the app for your farm.

You are responsible for keeping your login and password safe. You agree to tell us as soon as possible if someone uses your account without your permission. You can invite Farm Managers to your farm; you are responsible for the access you give them and you can remove their access at any time.

The farm records, sales, notes, staff details and other information you enter belong to you. You give us permission to store and process that information so the app can work, and to show it to the people you allow. You are responsible for making sure the information you enter is accurate and that you are allowed to share it (for example, staff details used for payroll).

AgroProManager offers a free trial and paid plans. The current plans and prices are shown on the Pricing page. When you pay, your subscription begins and runs until the end of the period you paid for. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops the next payment but does not refund the current period. Refunds are explained in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

You agree not to:

• enter information that belongs to someone else without their permission;
• use the app to do anything unlawful, harmful, or misleading;
• try to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the app or access another farm's data;
• share your login with people who are not part of your farm.

We work hard to keep AgroProManager reliable and accurate, but you use it at your own risk. We do not guarantee that the app will always be available without interruption or completely free of errors. We may update, change, or remove features, and we will tell you about important changes. We are not responsible for decisions you make on the basis of the app's calculations; the figures in the app are management tools, not professional veterinary or financial advice.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Steed Global Resources Ltd (RC1477798) is not liable for indirect or accidental losses arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

You can delete your account and data at any time from Settings → Data & Privacy. We may also suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, that is not paid, or that we believe is being misused. We will tell you by email before we do this where possible.

We may update these terms. If we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top and tell you about important changes by email or in the app. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
